Objetivo

Apresentar conteúdo técnico em inglês (arquitetura, incidente, proposta) com narrativa clara, transições visíveis, support slides objetivos, e Q&A com domínio — sem virar leitura de slide nem virar palestra cheia de jargão.

Explicação

Uma apresentação técnica B2 tem três blocos visíveis: abertura com problema (não com solução), narrativa com transições (não slides isolados), e fechamento com decisão ou pedido (não 'any questions?'). A frase-chave de abertura é *here is the problem we are solving, and here is what we want to decide today*; o ouvinte sabe em 60 segundos por que está ali.

Marcadores de transição B2: *let's take a step back*, *to make this concrete*, *here is where it gets interesting*, *the trade-off is*, *so the proposal is*. Eles funcionam como sinais de rádio para o ouvinte: 'estou mudando de bloco, você ainda está comigo'. O oposto é o slide sem ponte, que obriga o ouvinte a inferir a estrutura — funciona para 1/10, perde 9/10.

Q&A é a metade da apresentação. Os padrões B2: acknowledge before answering ('good question, and the short answer is...'), bridge to the bigger point ('the underlying question is X, and here's how I think about it'), park with a follow-up ('great point; I want to check the data on that, can I come back to you tomorrow?'). Errar o Q&A é mais custoso do que errar o slide: o ouvinte lembra do que você disse na hora do debate, não do que estava no slide 7.

Erros comuns: começar pela solução, ler o slide, usar bullet points vazios, falar rápido por nervosismo, pular para a demo sem contexto, e não ensaiar a abertura. O bom apresentador B2 ensaia 3 vezes, cronometra, e tem um backup offline (screenshot da tela) caso a demo morra.

Erros comuns

• Começar pela solução: o ouvinte perde o 'porquê' e não sabe em que problema acreditar.
• Ler o slide: mata a atenção; o slide é suporte, o apresentador é a narrativa.
• Usar bullet points vazios: 'faster, simpler, better' sem métrica é propaganda, não argumento.
• Falar rápido por nervosismo: B2 é pausas, não velocidade; pausas deixam o ouvinte processar.
• Pular para a demo sem contexto: a demo sem moldura vira 'o que estou vendo?'.
• Não ensaiar a abertura: se a abertura trava, o resto da apresentação perde força.
• Encerrar com 'any questions?': fechar sem pedido concreto é desperdiçar a atenção ganha.
• Errar o Q&A: o ouvinte lembra do debate, não do slide 7; ack + bridge + park são os padrões B2.
