A estrutura 'responsável por X' é fraca; 'reduced p95 by 30% by adding a read-through cache' é forte. O erro mais comum é traduzir o currículo do português: 'responsável por desenvolver novas funcionalidades' vira 'responsible for developing new features', que não diz nada — qualquer um faz isso.

Para LinkedIn, três blocos: headline (uma linha que diz o que você faz e para quem), about (3–5 frases com foco em impacto, não em tarefas), e experience (bullets com verbo de ação + métrica).
