1. Sintetizar posições

Em vez de reagir à última frase, o engenheiro C1 resume o que ouviu antes de responder. `So if I understood, you're concerned about the cache invalidation, not the latency itself; the latency gain is acceptable to you.` A síntese força clareza e mostra que a outra pessoa foi ouvida. 2. Checar entendimento

3. Capturar preocupações implícitas

4. Transformar discussão em decisão + action items
