Intervir, concordar e discordar com educação em reuniões e calls internacionais, abrindo e devolvendo o turno sem soar grosseiro ou passivo.
Explicação
Em uma call internacional, o turno (*the floor*) é o direito de falar. Você abre o turno com uma fórmula de interrupção educada, sustenta seu ponto conectando-se ao que foi dito e devolve a palavra no fim. As aberturas mais comuns são:
- `Sorry to interrupt`, `Excuse me`, `Pardon the interruption`: para entrar quando alguém está no meio de uma frase.
- `Can I add something?`, `Quick question`, `Could I jump in?`: para sinalizar que você quer contribuir antes de falar.
- `Building on what you said...`, `Following up on that...`, `Going back to your point...`: para retomar a ideia de outra pessoa e encaixar a sua.
Para concordar, mostre que você ouviu antes de afirmar:
- `I see your point`, `That makes sense`, `Fair point`.
- Reforço enfático: `I completely agree`, `I couldn't agree more`.
- Concordar em parte: `I agree with the goal, but I'd handle it differently`.
Para discordar em uma call, suavize a oposição em vez de atacar:
- `I respectfully disagree`, `I'd push back on that`, `I have a different perspective`.
- `I see it differently`, `I'm not sure I follow` (educado para pedir esclarecimento antes de bater de frente).
- Estrutura suave: `I hear you, but I think...` / `I see what you mean, however...`.
Fechar o turno evita monopolizar: `That's it from me`, `I'll let others jump in`, `Over to you`. Em calls, `Could I add one more thing?` reserva um último ponto sem esticar.
Em calls internacionais com fuso e sotaque mistos, antecipe: `Just to make sure I'm on the same page...`, `Let me recap to be safe...` confirmam entendimento quando o áudio falha. `Could you repeat that, please?` é melhor que fingir ter entendido.

Erros comuns
- Dizer *I am agree* ou *I am disagree*: as formas naturais são I agree / I disagree.
- Traduzir *eu acho que não* como *I think no*; o neutro é I don't think so ou I disagree.
- Falar *I don't agree* direto sem suavizar: em B1, prefira I see your point, but... ou I respectfully disagree.
- Dizer *Can I* em contextos formais: use *Could I* em calls com clientes ou liderança.
- Dizer *Sorry for interrupt* (gerúndio): depois de sorry, use o infinitivo — sorry to interrupt.
- Monopolizar o turno: depois de dois ou três pontos, use That's it from me ou I'll let others jump in.
- Discordar com *You are wrong*: troque por I respectfully disagree ou I see it differently.
