Tomorrow’s discharge plan (checkpoint 55)

Uma equipe usa going to, will e agenda para preparar uma alta segura.

A situação

Yesterday at the discharge meeting, Lucas noticed that the family needed a clear plan for tomorrow. The first part of the story was clear.

While the nurse was checking the chart, Lucas explained why the team needed to recheck the chart, explain the instructions, and call the laboratory. The team is going to recheck and monitor tomorrow; I’ll call the family, and the ward is transferring the patient at three, but everyone must follow the ID check and isolation rules. The team advised the family to rest, to drink, and to report if the symptom became worse; the instruction was careful. The family should rest and shouldn’t delay the report.

First, they talked about the problem. Then they checked the details and agreed that the schedule was ready and the next step was understood.
