The Bluebird service story

Mia conta uma situação prática de software em Recife, usando melhor que, interessante, alguns/algumas e às/em horário para organizar ações.

The incident

On Monday, Mia started a small Bluebird service change in Recife during choosing laptops for field engineers. First, the team reviewed the terms “better than” and “interesting” while describing what had happened. The page looked stable, but one customer reported a delay.

While Mia was checking the logs, Sam was speaking with the customer. They found a second clue in a note about “some”. Before changing the service, Mia asked for clarification about the term “at”.

After that, the team tested one small change and watched the result. The customer confirmed that the delay was shorter. Mia wrote a message that included the term “because”, so the next person could follow the sequence.
