Which option is safer? (checkpoint 65)

Uma comparação de conforto, quantidade e horário ajuda a equipe a escolher uma opção segura.

A situação

Yesterday during the fluids review, Nina noticed that there were too many cups but not enough information about the fluids. The first part of the story was clear.

While the nurse was checking the chart, Nina explained why the team needed to compare the safer option and review the change during the night shift. The safest and most comfortable option used enough fluids, not too many; during the night shift, the team reviewed the drop because it might increase if the plan changed. The confusing change was worrying, but the patient felt comforted.

First, they talked about the problem. Then they checked the details and agreed that the clearer plan used a few supplies and enough time.
