The project responds to a local need for affordable activities.

My proposal is to create a free Saturday workshop.

The registration list is early evidence of interest.

A likely benefit is that neighbors will meet people with similar interests.

A possible drawback is that volunteers may need extra preparation time.

We can pilot the activity for one month before expanding it.

We will measure attendance and collect short comments.

We will invite feedback after each session.

I am here to request approval for a short trial.

The next step is to choose a date and invite volunteers.

Starting on a small scale will make the idea easier to review.
