História: Facilitar uma conversa longa com síntese

Nível: C2

Dois grupos

At a town-house meeting, Renata divided the participants into two breakouts to discuss the future of a cultural house. Each group had fifteen minutes, one shared question, and a request to return with a benefit and a concern. Renata asked each group to choose a speaker so the reconvening would not become a series of improvised speeches.

A síntese

When the groups reconvened, both mentioned access as a common thread. One group preferred afternoon activities, while the other prioritized quiet evenings for study. Renata synthesized the agreement and the difference instead of calling the room unanimous.

Decisão e pendência

The group chose a two-week afternoon trial, but transport remained an open question. The cultural committee became the follow-up owner and agreed to collect responses by Friday. Renata read the decision record aloud and invited corrections before closing the meeting.
