During the event, Nina noticed a small problem. She needed “a date”, but the first person gave her “Excuse me” instead. She asked a simple question, listened to the answer, and chose a better option.

The result
After that, Nina talked with Marta. They used “first” to describe what had happened and “go out” to talk about the next step. The delay was short, so everyone stayed calm.

At home, Nina told her family the beginning, middle, and ending of the story. She said that “Hi” and “across from” were useful, and that “a place” and “then” would help next time. She felt tired, but she was happy with the result.
