A sign, a meal, and the next step (checkpoint 30)

Uma profissional pede direções, faz um pedido simples e entende um aviso na unidade.

A situação

At the clinic desk, Felipe met the pharmacist. “Hello,” said the pharmacist. “You are safe here.”

The team saw that the examination room was opposite the ward and the sign said staff only. Felipe asked for help, and the pharmacist spoke slowly. Felipe prefers a clear morning shift, went straight to the ward, ordered soup and water, and read the staff-only exit sign before asking for the bill.

Felipe could go straight, ask for water, and read the exit notice. The pharmacist wrote it in the chart.

O próximo passo

After that, the patient found the room and had a comfortable meal.

The next step was simple: meet the nurse at six by the patient room.
