A small problem
Last Saturday, Joana went to the bookshop in Campinas for a volunteer day. Before leaving, she checked “changed” and “trip” in her notes, then remembered “improved”. The trip was easy, and she arrived before the activity began.

The story afterward
After that, Joana talked with Tom. They used “beginning” to describe what had happened and “improved” to talk about the next step. The delay was short, so everyone stayed calm.

At home, Joana told her family the beginning, middle, and ending of the story. She said that “ticket” and “post” were useful, and that “festival” and “middle” would help next time. She felt tired, but she was happy with the result.

A plan for next time
The next morning, she wrote a short message to Tom. She explained “post”, thanked the group for “middle”, and made a simple plan for the following week.
